Dumbbells and training gear on a gym floor

What a sitting costs

Fees follow the shape of the sitting, not a ladder of plans. Full reviews are quoted. Briefings and monthly interpretation have published starting figures in Malaysian ringgit.

Prices are informational. Nothing on this page is a checkout. We confirm the fee in writing after we know which tracking app, how many rooms, and whether a floor morning on Penang Island is required.

What moves a quote

The flagship review costs more when we must read several years of history, more than one branded app, or a publisher’s consumer release alongside a gym’s member version. It costs less when the sample is a single boutique room with a few dozen regulars.

Travel on Penang Island is included. A sitting on the mainland or in the Klang Valley adds a travel line, agreed in advance. Evening floor observations (after 8 p.m.) add RM 350 because they run past ordinary office hours.

Deposits and timing

A 40% deposit holds dates for reviews, briefings, and pre-launch plans. Monthly interpretation is billed in advance of each month. Invoices are in ringgit. We accept bank transfer. Card payments are not offered.

If a quote depends on scope we cannot see yet, we say so on the intake call rather than inventing a neat number. Ask for a figure with the name of the app and a sense of weekly logged sessions.
