Coach briefing
A half-day with your coaches on how to read an athlete’s workout log without turning every session into a score.
Coaches already know their athletes. The briefing exists because a fitness tracking app puts extra numbers in the room — heart-rate zones, training streaks, a personal record from a session the coach did not watch — and those numbers can bully a conversation.
We spend a morning on three habits: how to read a week of logs before a 1:1, how to treat a rest day that looks like absence, and how to talk about a personal record without making the next session a chase. Samples come from your own tracking app, with names removed.
Capacity is eight coaches so the talk stays around actual logs, not a lecture. Materials are printed. Lunch is not included. If your coaches work split shifts, we can run the same briefing twice; the second sitting is charged at a reduced rate listed on the rates page.
