Pre-launch measurement plan
Before a studio switches on a branded fitness tracking app, we agree what will be read in the first twelve weeks so the opening month is not a fog.
A pre-launch plan is for studios and small publishers who have chosen a fitness tracking app but have not yet asked members to log. The danger is collecting everything — every metre, every heartbeat — and then having no agreed way to read the first twelve weeks.
We run two workshops. The first names the handful of things worth reading: completed sessions, class check-ins, outdoor runs versus gym floors, and a simple note when someone stops logging. The second workshop drafts the staff script for the opening month: who reminds a member to close a session, who does not.
You receive a twelve-week plan, a one-page sheet for the front desk, and a date for a retention reading after week six if you want one. We do not configure the app’s vendor settings; we write what your people will actually look at.
